FITNESS CENTER

Our fitness centre is equipped with the most modern machines for cardiovascular exercise and fitness, making it one of the best centres of the Coast. In combination with the fitness room there are a wide variety of group classes such as acquagym, stretching and postural correction among others. Always under the close supervision of our professional who can also offer different types of personal training. Please find below three types of exercises adapted to individual needs:

1.- Aqua-training: For people with no sports experience, elders, sedentary with overweight problems, with back problems or any other impediment which would make it impossible to perform many the exercises out of the water. In this environment, the exercise becomes a pleasure. Low-moderate intensity.

2.- Aerobox: : A combination of martial arts with aerobics and is targeted to anyone who holds an acceptable level of physical condition, gaining coordination, balance and speed. It is a fantastic escape valve to release adrenaline and to forget daily stress. Medium-high intensity.

3.- Postural Correction: Due to bad posture, either at work or during everyday activities, without realizing we cause a variety of pains with wrong postures and bad habits. This class allows correction and toning of the specific area, especially the back, which bears much of the stress. Low-moderate intensity.
